RCG is the abbreviation of “Resposible Conduct of Gambling”.

It is mandatory for people working in the gaming industry

to have completed an approved RCG course.

All places which provide gaming machines or table games

Keno

TAB

All other gambling services

(All places above usually provide alcohol, so you also need to have RSA)

Course Introduction
It is mandantory for people working in the NSW liquor industry to have completed
an approved Responsible Service of Alcohol training course.
There are over 12,000 licensed venues including: bars, hotels, pubs,
Clubs and so on in NSW employing full time and part time staff.

It is required by law, for people working in these venues to have completed an
approved Responsible Service of Alcohol training course.
