What is RCG?

RCG is the abbreviation of “Resposible Conduct of Gambling”.
It is mandatory for people working in the gaming industry
to have completed an approved RCG course.
 
The examples of the workplaces are in the following:
 
  • Pubs
  • Clubs
  • Casinos
  • All places which provide gaming machines or table games
  • Keno
  • TAB
  • All other gambling services
(All places above usually provide alcohol, so you also need to have RSA)
 
In this course, you will learn about the gambling and its leading problems.
